We make spare and replacement machine parts from a drawing, a sample or a photo with dimensions. Single pieces and small batches, including parts no longer produced and improved versions of wearing parts.

How we work

From drawing to finished part

We agree every detail before manufacturing starts.

  1. Enquiry

    You send a drawing, sample or photo, the quantity and the deadline.

  2. Measuring and specification

    For a sample, we take the dimensions. We agree the material, heat treatment and tolerances.

  3. Manufacturing

    CNC milling and turning with CAD-CAM programming, as single pieces or small batches.

  4. Inspection and handover

    We check the dimensions before handing over the part.

We improve wearing parts

When the original design wears quickly, we offer a better version.

Better design

  • Side-cooling damper piston: rubber seals instead of metal segments
  • Modernised vacuum block pistons
  • Plunger mechanism bronze bushings with different seals

Better material

  • Vacuum block filter in stainless steel
  • Hot-end transfer plates in heat-resistant stainless steel 310
  • Bronze and aluminium parts where they perform better

Parts no longer available

  • Made from a worn sample, without an original drawing
  • Overhaul of repaired assemblies, such as vacuum blocks
  • Several sizes and versions of one part
